RETHINKING THE BASICS.
The Nike Sportswear Hoodie is made with a fabric blend of at least 90% recycled and organic materials and new construction processes to minimize waste. This unique approach produces a speckled French terry lining and a smooth face. This product is made with at least 75% sustainable materials, using a blend of recycled polyester, recycled cotton and organic cotton fabrics. The blend is at least 10% recycled fabric or at least 10% organic cotton fabric.
Recycled French Terry Blend
The French terry fleece interior is made from a blend of recycled polyester and cotton scraps pulled from the factory cutting line. As a result, the interior has a heathered look that highlights this resourceful fiber blend.
Efficient Construction
Special care is taken to ensure as little fabric is wasted as possible when cutting panels for construction. When possible, trim fabric is folded and stitched into the design.
Grind Recycled Rubber
The chest logo and drawcord tips are made with Nike Grind, a recycled rubber made from post-consumer and post-industrial waste. The recycling process produces a unique, speckled detail and a smooth feel.
Versatile Warmth
French terry is a fleece fabric with a sturdy loopback design and a soft face.
